Double E is seeking energetic sales professionals to manage various, new, domestic territories. Provide outstanding service to existing customers & constantly/simultaneously add new customers. Prospecting and developing new accounts are critical components of the position(s). Successful candidates must have 2-3 yrs sales experience in converting or related industry, be OK with 50% travel in the territory, enjoy working from home, and have the ability to operate a computer with MS Office and CRM software. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS MANAGER
West Bridgewater, MA

The International Customer Service & Logistics Manager will coordinate all sales and after sales support activity from customer inquiry through shipment. This includes supporting outside International Agents and Double E Sales offices by fielding customer inquiries and requests. You would manage the movement of raw materials into our factories and the transportation of finished products to the markets where the goods are sold.

Responsibilities:

Web-marketing, generating and prospecting sales leads
Communicate with customers to facilitate orders, deliveries, repairs and problem
solving.
Provide input to pricing decisions and generate quote proposals.
Manage day-to-day operation of a territory and travel within the International
territory when required (approximately 10% travel).
Support logistics of trafficking goods from overseas suppliers.
Issue and manage claims for any lost/damaged goods in transit.

Requirements:

Minimum B.S./B.A degree.
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service/Sales experience.
Knowledge of trafficking international goods.
Knowledge of government shipping regulations.
Understanding of basic drafting conventions, conventional mechanical drawing techniques, tolerance theory and elementary mechanical design principles.
Excellent communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to speak a foreign language a plus but not required (Italian or German).
Detail oriented and computer proficient.

APPLICATION ENGINEER - West Bridgewater, MA

Responsibilities:

Recommend and apply mechanical products (braking systems, shafts and chucks) and related electromechanical products (tension control and web guide systems).
Work closely with Sales and Engineering.
Make customer application visits and follow up to provide quotations
Provide training for Sales and Customer Service.
Troubleshoot with customers over the phone.

Requirements:

BSME with 2-5 years experience.

PRODUCT/PROCESS ENGINEER

Double E in W. Bridgewater MA is currently seeking a Product/Process Engineer for Carbon Fiber/Fiberglass fabricated products. As a member of the Engineering staff your responsibilities would include:

Responsibilities:
Must have a proven ability to solve customer application problems by developing unique design solutions in Carbon Fiber filament wound products. Create and document new designs based on customer or sales/marketing needs. This would include the ability to design tubular industrial machine products using Machine Design knowledge.

Lead the efforts in Carbon Fiber Product/Process strategy relating to pricing and quoting. Will develop new designs and manufacturing process cost reductions for our rollers, cores, carbon fiber products.

Generate detail customer and production drawings, BOM’s and routings at acceptable quality and productivity levels.

Perform manufacturing product/process upgrades and standardizations.

Value analysis and cost effective design and processes for specific products.

Design and process improvements for performance and manufacturability.

Assist assembly and manufacturing department by executing assembly, repairs and development.

Recommend and execute validation tests for new products/processes and designs.

Locate sources for special engineering materials and processes.

Requirements:
BSME/MSME or equivalent plus 5-7 years experience designing and manufacturing filament wound composite tubes and structures. Machine design experience.

Must have knowledge of fastening systems, implementation of bearings, seals, and other commercial components.

Must have proven ability to handle complex projects and be able to multi-task.

Should have a working knowledge of drafting conventions, conventional mechanical drawing techniques, tolerance theory, applied geometry and elementary design principles and the ability to train other employees.

Experienced hands-on CAD designer with Pro E or Solid works.

Prior experience communicating with customers and visiting customer sites necessary.
