The Ga.Vo Meccanica TCAG core cutter eliminates core waste with a patented core joining system. By combining the leftover length of one core with the first part of a new parent core, a usable cut-length core is created before the normal cutting process continues. This concept creates many cost-saving advantages, even beyond the obvious elimation of wasted material.
If you invest in the automatic loader, full pallets of cores can be loaded into the machine, as delivered from the supplier. There is no longer a need to order different (and more expensive) pre-cut lengths, again, because the joining system makes use of all core material. Buying one standard length core in volume will improve purchasing power while increasing efficiency and space in your warehouse.

TCMG Model Semi-Automatic Core Cutter | Core Joiner
The Ga.Vo Meccanica TCMG advanced, semi-automatic core cutter shares many of the same characteristics as the TMAG core cutters described above. This less expensive variation of the core cutting machine requires operator intervention, but still provides core joining capability.
