International Sales Support Manager
West Bridgewater, MA

The International Sales Support Manager will coordinate all sales and after sales support activity from customer inquiry through shipment.  This includes supporting outside International Agents and EE Sales offices by fielding customer inquiries and requests.  You would manage the sale and after-sales support for an international market. 

Responsibilities:

  • Web-marketing, generating and prospecting for sales leads in International markets.

  • Communicate with customers to facilitate orders, deliveries, repairs and problem solving.

  • Provide input on pricing decisions and generate quote proposals

  • Manage day-to-day operation of a territory and travel within the International territory when required. (approx. 25% travel)

  • Support logistics of trafficking goods from overseas suppliers

  • Responsible for issuing and managing claims for any lost/damaged goods in transit.

Requirements:

  • Min. B.S./B.A degree

  • Minimum of 2 years Sales/Agent experience

  • International logistics experience

  • Knowledge of government shipping regulations

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Mechanical aptitude.

  • Ability to speak a foreign language a plus but not required  (Italian or Spanish)

  • Detail oriented and computer proficient

INDUSTRIAL FIELD SALES
Location Birmingham, AL and/or Jackson, MS

Double E is seeking energetic sales professionals to manage various, new, domestic territories. The MS, AL, AR, LA area is one specific area that is available.

Provide outstanding service to existing customers & constantly/simultaneously add new customers. Prospecting and developing new accounts are critical components of the position(s). Successful candidates must have 2-3 yrs sales experience in converting or related industry, be OK with 50% travel in the territory, enjoy working from home, and have the ability to operate a computer with MS Office and CRM software.

Specific Duties Include

To provide outstanding service to our existing customers, increase customer base and expand territory sales.  50% travel within territory.

Prioritize and conduct telemarketing.  Must be comfortable with cold call telephone prospecting and good at developing new accounts.

Visit accounts throughout territory on a regular basis and bring sales samples into prospective accounts.

Communicate technical, price, performance issues clearly and effectively to customers, engineers and service department.

Participate in trade shows and sales meetings

Submit accurate expense reports, trip reports and various forecasts
