SALES MANAGER – CAPITAL EQUIPMENT
Double E is expanding its own internal development of capital equipment, and is creating partnerships with other capital equipment manufacturers from around the world. These new relationships open great new opportunities to serve the paper, film, and foil converting, packaging, and printing industries in the USA and Canada. Examples of the equipment include roll wrapping machines, roll handling systems, shaft extractors, and slitting systems. The company is creating a position to drive the sales growth of these new product lines. Applicants should have experience selling capital equipment in a related industry (paper, film, or foil manufacturing or converting). A degree in engineering is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Create and develop partnerships with other capital equipment manufacturers globally
• Develop strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
• Deliver sales presentations to customers interested in purchasing capital equipment
• Develop pricing and budgets
• Write proposals for the sale of capital equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience selling capital equipment in a related industry (paper, film or foil manufacturing or converting).
• Engineering degree preferred
• Proven success in building relationships, driving sales and closing deals
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must be available for 50% travel both domestically and internationally

SALES TERRITORY MANAGERS – WI area and MO, KS, CO area
Do you know the converting industry? Are you good at identifying process problems and applying solutions? Do you want to make a lot of money? We need seasoned sales professionals to join our team. You will work from home, travel 50% of the time in your company car, prospect a lot on the phone, and have a great set of samples to easily show how Double E products can make life better for a large customer base. We currently have openings in two of our sales territories (WI and MO/KS/CO).
Requirements:
• Previous successful sales experience in a related industry
• Computer proficiency with CRM database management experience

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE APPLICATION ENGINEER

The International Customer Service Application Engineer will coordinate all sales and after sales support activity from customer inquiry through shipment. This includes supporting outside International Agents and EE Sales offices by fielding customer inquiries and requests. You would manage the sale and after-sales support for an international market.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Recommend and apply mechanical products (braking systems, shafts and chucks) and related electro mechanical products (tension control and web guide systems).
• Work closely with sales and engineering, make customer application visits with agents
• Troubleshoot with customers over the phone
• Generate technical feasibility of quote proposals.
Seconday Responsibilities:
• Web-marketing, generating and prospecting for sales leads in International markets.
• Communicate with customers to facilitate orders, deliveries, repairs and problem solving.
• Provide training when necessary to international agents.
• Manage day-to-day operation of a territory and travel within the international
territory when required. (approx. 25% travel)
• Support logistics of trafficking goods from overseas suppliers
• Responsible for issuing and managing claims for any lost/damaged goods in transit.
Requirements:
• Min. of Associate in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical engineering
• 2-5 years experience in field service or technical sales.
• Ability to speak a foreign language (Spanish or Italian) a plus but not required
• International logistics experience – helpful but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude.

CONTROLS ENGINEER

The Controls Engineer will work within our Specialty Products group.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement control systems (logic software and hardware) to meet machine and integrated system requirements.
Program control logic software and user interface (HMI) applications.
Develop schematics detailing control system configuration and wiring, and design equipment panel layouts on E-Plan software.
Assist with initial start-up and debug integrated systems and the development of system documentation.
Work on automation and control system integration projects for clients in the paper, film and foil converting industries.
Requirements:
-
BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering.
5-15 years experience.
Basic knowledge of mechanical principles like torque, tension, loading and deflection.
Familiar with AC drives and PLC function.
Knowledge of E-Plan electrical layout software.
Part specification and sourcing experience.
Project tracking experience.
Knowledge of converting or winding machinery.
G ood communication sills – able to work well within a team and communicate with customers.
Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
CNC Lathe Machinist
(Mon-Thurs. 6:00am-4:30pm)
Operate CNC lathe using wide variety of materials. Set up, edit and operate machine choosing and setting up correct tooling and fixtures and selecting proper feeds and speeds. Ensure part is machined to the blueprint in an efficient manner. Ability to prove out and read programs. Must have 2-4 years experience, H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
CNC Milling Machinist
(Mon-Thurs. 6:00am-4:30pm)
Set up and Operate single spindle CNC programmable automatic milling machine. Responsible for spindle cycle selections, choosing and setting up correct tooling/fixtures and selecting proper feeds and speeds. Ensure that the part is machined to the blueprint in an efficient manner. Must have 2-4 years experience in a machine shop or vocational school, High school or GED and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
